1. Prepare the target.
When the release is available, install and open the app on the computer you want to reach. Follow the operating-system permission prompts. Keep it awake with the relevant user signed in.

Start with your two computers, the local network and the permissions on the target.
2. Find and approve.
Use the computer list on the controlling machine. Both computers need a suitable local-network connection. Approve the first request on the target. A matching display name alone does not prove that a device is yours.
3. Choose app or browser.
Start in the desktop app. Use Open in browser for the app's authorized handoff. If the connection fails, check visible status and permissions before changing trust or reinstalling.
4. End the connection.
Use End when you finish. Ending a session and removing a saved device's permission are different actions. Review trusted devices when future access should no longer be allowed.
