Responsible party and scope

These product-specific notes are dated 25 October 2026. They distinguish local desktop use, the commercial license service and purchases; the website itself does not start a remote session.
Website requests and local assets
This is a public static website served over HTTPS from the OVERLKD server. Images and fonts are hosted here. Loading a page transmits your IP address, requested URL and normal technical connection data to the hosting infrastructure. We use this processing to deliver and secure the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. No analytics, advertising scripts, tracking cookies, third-party embeds or contact form are loaded. We do not store a language preference in your browser.
Website and international services
Operelay pages and fonts are served by our hosting provider; requests necessarily process an IP address and requested URL. The current Operelay site has no analytics, advertising scripts, tracking cookies or embedded checkout. Its web-server access logging is disabled; operational security/error records can still be generated and are handled as needed for secure operation and troubleshooting, on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Opening an external checkout or using an AI agent sends data to that separate provider. Lemon Squeezy states that processing can occur in the United States and elsewhere, with safeguards described in its privacy notice. An AI agent may send screenshots and other desktop content to its provider: local transport does not make that external processing local.
Purchases, support and recipients
Lemon Squeezy processes the customer, billing and payment information entered at checkout and maintains purchase and license records under its own privacy notice. OVERLKD can access order/contact and entitlement information needed for delivery, support and refunds; the app does not request your card details. Support emails and any voluntarily attached diagnostics are processed by OVERLKD and its email provider to answer the request, on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Necessary business records are retained for applicable legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c); otherwise retention lasts only as needed for the request, entitlement or a specific dispute. A seven-day offline period is not a deletion period for purchase records.
Your rights and practical choices
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent for future processing. Contact support@overlkd.com; provide only enough information to identify the request, never a password or full license key. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian authority BayLDA. Lemon Squeezy and your agent provider also handle requests about their own processing. Removing local data does not cancel a purchase or subscription, and statutory recordkeeping can limit erasure. We do not use these product flows to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
